BECKIE HAYNES

“This is the work I was born to do!!!”

Like so many around the world, Beckie has always loved and had an affinity for animals, horses in particular.  However, her “career” paths have led her in many directions.

Those paths have included working at her family’s helicopter touring business, Scenic Helicopter Tours, in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, being a bookstore manager, an exercise rider starting Thoroughbreds for the race track, a middle school teacher, and a dairy goat farmer … to name a few.  All of these paths have prepared her to come home to the healing work of putting hands on horses!

Beckie also loves to teach!  Part of her work includes helping her clients and students better understand how and where horses are stuck and how horses move.  She delights in the "ah-ha!" expressions when they see where horses are "stuck" and/or reactive and then see and feel the horse release tension, sometimes for the first time, and connect!

Beckie is also an Instructor and Coach within The Masterson Method® organization, teaching both Weekend Seminars and Advanced 5-Day Courses.  Feel free to contact her if you are interested in learning more about learning this modality for yourself!

She says, “I am so grateful for my life and having the opportunity to do this work with both horses and humans! It lights me up!”

Presently, Beckie resides on a farm in the foothills of the Oregon Cascade Mountains.  She lives with her horses Eve, a Cleveland Bay/Shire mare, and Lily, the little mini.  Her farm family includes a couple of Nubian goats who are the remnants of her retired dairy goat herd and their aging guardian Samantha, a few cats, a meandering flock of chickens and her loyal and loving English Shepherd, Babu.  When not doing bodywork, instructing, coaching or mentoring, she can be found continuing her equine educational endeavors, sharing great time with Eve, creating educational content and spending time on the farm.  Occasionally she slips away to kayak on the wild and wondrous waters of the Pacific Northwest or return back to the hills of Tennessee!

All of her companions continue to teach Beckie what this Healing work means to Horses and their Humans!

"Something changed ... that day."

I want you to know that Flow work not only allowed Roxy to release some tension, I received a huge  release also. Something changed between Roxy and I that day. Our relationship softened. Trust happened. Thank-you again.

"... my mare ... BEGAN CONNECTING WITH ME!!  ... we are progressing so well!"

"My mare melted under Beckie’s hands and care.  It was like they spoke the same language and all of a sudden my mare had someone who understood her.... After the second session with Beckie,  ... my mare BEGAN CONNECTING WITH ME! ...  She has responded to training like I never thought I would see, and we are progressing so well!"
